Squats 55kg x 5 67.5kg x 5 80kg x 3 87.5kg x 5 100kg x 5 115kg x 5 75kg x 10,10,10,10,10 Hanging Leg Raises 12,12,12,12,12 Squats are starting to feel strong and form/foot placement is a lot more constant. Grip went a bit wider today rather than using a closer grip to force back tightness, felt a lot better and I found a good bar placement with no shoulder strain/pain. Was happy to get twelves across for leg raises and they eased an uncomfortable back pump. Weekend of rest and back to PR's next week, I intend in to push my deadlift, squat and maybe bench to a true 1RM but we'll see how it goes.

12/12/11 - Deadlift 1RM Bodyweight - 89.8kg
Deadlift 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 85kg x 3 140kg x 1 160kg x 1 180kg x 1 PB 190kg x 1 PB 200kg x 1, 30kg PB Side Bends 26kg x 15,15,15 Ab Rollouts Partials from standing x 10,10 From knees x 20,20 Was overmoon with the 200kg, looking back at the video though I'm not completely happy, poor lockout, if you even class it as locked out, and not the best form. Still, I wanted 4pps and managed it as a warm up. This last month has been a huge boost in confidence and I seem to be lifting far more than I thought I was capable of. LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!
