I can push squatting off until Tuesday so not much choice but to sit and wait. I use a Spud and it bows out a bit around the edges. Kind of nice but I;m not sure it gives the same support on squats.

This was always my concern with a lever belt. I too have about a hole difference between squats and deads. It also fits me differently when I'm in my gear. Is it really that much faff to change?

It's really not that bad, it's just the days that I've been too lazy I've payed for it wearing it higher. Think I'll still be getting a single prong sometime in the next few months though, even if it's just for deadlift as that's the lift my belt varies with more.

Morning weight; 97.3kg 2ct. Pause Bench 92.5kg x 3 @8 95kg x 3 @8 97.5kg x 3 @8 100kg x 3 @8.5 95kg x 3 @8 95kg x 3 @8 95kg x 3 @9 Medium Grip Bench (~1.5inches inside rings) 95kg x 4 @8 100kg x 4 @8 100kg x 4 @8 100kg x 4 @8 100kg x 4 @8 100kg x 4 @8.5 DB Bench 10min AMRAP 36kg's x 12 @8 36kg's x 8 @9 36kg's x 5 @9 36kg's x 5 @8.5 36kg's x 5 @9 36kg's x 4 @9 36kg's x 4 @10 Facepulls/Tri Pushdown 25 x 30/35, 30/30, 30/30 Lat Pulldown 42.5 x 25 56.5 x 10 49.5 x 12,12 Not bad, ribs are still painful but no biggie when benching. Switched overhead for medium grip bench as it's painful to do. Felt dodgy on my shoulder at first like all closer grip does but got into a good groove in the end and felt strong. Thinking about trying some stuff out with my main movements, similar to the paused bench today, working up to a certain @# and then using back off sets. It's similar to some of the more advanced RTS techniques, I think it would work well with bench. Was going to drop the timed reps stuff and row but that was a real bitch on the ribs. I've got an appointment with the docs on Friday so if they're still painful I'll see if he can check them out. Still managed to get upper back pumped after that. Huge plate of leftover ribs to dig into now .
