CGBP (slingshot) - 120kg + Red Bands x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Strange ol' session today, my joints felt a little rough but I just kept pressing and didn't feel any worse for wear by the end. Sets were pretty easy too with relatively short rest periods. |

Workout Time: 74 Minutes Workout Grade: A- Good session. Plenty of energy, and my body felt recovered and strong. Had a minor left pec tweak on deadlift rep 4...no big deal. Left hamstring was a little off but again,nothing major. More then ready for tomorrow. Rack Deads - 3 inches below knee (?) Monster pulls from that range and squats were hugely impressive.
Are you doing much in the way of stretching, mobility stuff on the other days? I hardly ever do, I'm just starting some hamstring stretching though as it's probably useful for me. Hazz, I feel I should be offended! lol! Oh and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, you owe me a pint! |
