![]() No I didn't run out of energy, I'm just feeling a little beat up from all the max 1RM work. I came back from the deload early if you recall, so I have actually been loading for 10 days which is usually when I start to fatigue. So all in all, I'm about the same despite my constant maxing out and PR'ing this week. |

Fazc and I are going to be putting this log on hold for a bit.
I have 8 weeks until my meet and need some extra focus. Work has been kicking my butt and I need to get my act in gear.

Sorry people, I have been missing in action here lately...I have gotten a new phone (EVO 4G Design) so I still havent really figured out how to work it. I want an app to check the forums, but no luck yet...
Also I have been having a rough time here lately...please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Some work from the past week or so... Deads (w/chains) 135xWU 225xWU 315xWU 405x3 405+40ch x 1 (445) 405+80ch x 1 (485) 405+120ch x 1 (525) 405+160ch x 1 (565) 445+160ch x 1 (605) Bench 135xWU 225x3 315x1 365x1 405x1 430x1...PR 450x0....missed at lockout Speed Deadlifts 225+120ch x 2 x 10sets 245+120ch x 1 x 10sets I did more but this is all I could remember from memory...the gym has been kind to me
