I'll be giving them a try anyway though.Friday 17th February - AM Press off rack - 20kg x 3, 40kg x 3 60kg/132lbs x 3 60kg/132lbs x 3 60kg/132lbs x 3 50kg/110lbs x 3 50kg/110lbs x 3 50kg/110lbs x 3 First three sets were a little harder than I wanted for an AM session so dropped down to 50kg for the remainder. Planning on doing a little more volume today and next week. Raw Bench, Partial SQ and RDLs later. |

Awesome PR Fazc. Like Swede mentioned... PR week after week. I'm jealous!
I'd be interested to see how well the strap idea works for the low bar squat... or rather how heavy it can be pushed because the support required by the arms is a bit different than the high bar. For the high bar, I wouldn't suspect elbow pain to be all to common... Max Aita has been using the strap idea for sometime after a wrist injury which pretty much retired him from weightlifting. |

Who would have thought. It is no use saying "we are doing our best." You have got to succeed in doing what is necessary. |
