Good to hear that Btb ![]() Thursday 16th February - PM Bench Press (raw) - 20kg x 10, 10, 40kg x 3, 60kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 100kg x 1, 120kg x 1 3 Board (F6) - 140kg/308lbs x 1 160kg/352lbs x 1 180kg/396lbs x 1 Cool, breaking in the new shirt. It's MUCH nicer to handle than the SK. I'll drop down to a 2Board next time. Power/Dynamic Shrugs - 60kg x 3, 100kg x 3, 140kg x 3, 180kg x 3 210kg/462lbs x 3 240kg/528lbs x 3 PR! By April I should be able to work that 180 down the boards and be pausing that, if not a little more. With some improvements to the Squat/Deadlift I figure if I can pull off a 270/180/270 for 720kg at the April Meet I should be placing well. This will probably be in the 100's, although I am dieting now I might not make it down to the 90s for April. |

Do you just like the cut of the f6? I think you could have got the f6 with the katana material.
I am going to get one of the new new "Radical Super Katana" when it comes out.

How long does it take you to get into the shirt Fazc? Just curious what the down time is.

Here's a really wacky idea, to prevent elbow issues in the Squat. Wrist Straps on the bar... you loop them on the bar just wide of your shoulders and hold onto the loose ends to keep the bar in place when it's on your back. Sort of like the Front SQ idea but your shoulders/elbows are pulled back here like a normal Squat. Not for maximum Squats certainly but may relieve some pressure on back off sets. Thoughts? |

@Fazc- Great job on the PRs! Not to crazy about the squat idea, may just be me but I'm not sure how that would settle on my back.
