Thanks guys. 8 of 12 workouts from the 2 week beat down done. Starting to feel a little battered, but nothing major. I will be ready for a deload next week.

So I did 150kg last week, 150kg again may have been a good idea to really own the weight or perhaps even 152.5kg... No chance! Slammed 160kg on the bar and SFW BABY!

I dropped down to 140kg after 4 singles as my elbows were letting me know they were there. I kept 140kg on the 3 Boards and dropped down again when my elbows started complaining. Building strength endurance under (supra)maximum loads in my joints is a big priority and this routine should address that.

Good session, I feel great.

Thanks Fazc. My lower back feels great. My upper back felt a little weak from frequent pulling, but nothing major.

Right now the biggest challenge for me was the chain-style squats. They really hit my legs in a different way. My quads are still a little sore.

I am real curious to see how this will all play out. My bench has been static for about 18 months. I am hoping the extra pounds from the Sling Shot will force us both to adapt. I would like nothing better than 400 raw next year.
