Last session before the meet, similar to Monday: Squat: 3x 3x 185 Bench: 3x 3x 185 Cleans: 2x 3x 95 Deadlift: 6-7x 135 (fast, from heels) I purposely messed up my warmups, skipped a couple weights, long break, short break, did the first work sets with almost no break, and a really long break before the second sets, just wanted to see if it would mess with me. Bench felt a little heavier than normal, but fine. Squat first set was unusually hard, second and third easy like they should have been. ANyway, I think this means I need to try to warm up really good for squats. Hopefully, that won't be too hard to do. I need about 15-20 min. to be ready for that first squat. ANyway, there you go. We'll see what happens. Thanks for your good wishes! I'll try to live up to them.
