Thanks, BtB, MAB (I'm hoping for that 300 too! Wish me luck), Tank, OR, and welcome back D. Thanks! I'll do my best this Saturday. That's all anyone can ask for. We'll see. After much thought, and realizing I have to submit the lifts in the cursed Kg, I've decided on these numbers. I'm giving myself some options on some second and third lifts depending on how I feel. The openers are lifts I am positive I will with ease. The second are just below my PRs, and the first third is right at my PRs the other option would be a new PR. We'll see. Squat: 120 (264), 125-130 (275-286), 135-140 (297-308) Bench: 100 (220), 105 (231), 110-115 (242-253) Deadlift: 145 (319), 155 (341), 160-165 (352-363) So, right around 900 most likely, God willing. We'll see. Easy day today. Just some stuff to stay loose and not be too lazy this week. Squat: 3x 3x 185 Bench: 3x 3x 185 Cleans: 3x 3x 135 (push pressed first set, RDL the last set) There you go. Something similar for Wednesday, then rest up for Saturday. I feel great. I was around 192 Monday, so I don't think I need to worry about weight at all, but I'm going to try and eat especially clean this week, then pig out Sunday!
