Thanks, Fazc and BtB! Yep, rep by rep I'm climbing the ladder.

Well, today was weird. I felt super strong, but my technique was terrible. I was just overpowering the bar, just couldn't stay on form for some reason. However, I did hit all the weights and reps, so I guess it was just one of those days.

Again youtube is processing forever! Is it me or them? It's been on 0% processing for like 10 minutes now.

ANyway, Friday, week 2

DB Swings: 2x 10x 20DB
Bar Snatches: 3x 3x bar

Power Cleans:
10x bar, 8x 65, 5x 95, 2x 115, 2x 125

2x 135
2x 145, 1x 145, 2x 145

Deadlift:
10x 135, 8x 165, 4x 185, 2x 205, 225

5x 5x 250

Weighted Incline Situps: 5x 12x 25 (Last set was with 20, so I'm dropping this weight back a bit)

Well, the cleans were going badly, so after just muscling up 125, I figured I'd just practice with 135. However, those went a little better and I was feeling great strengthwise, so I said eff it, I'll do 5 with 145. The doubles were me getting mad and going for another right after muscling the first one. Didn't help.

Same on the deadlifts, the weight was not really a problem, but I know I rounded my back on a few of the reps. You'd see except the video is still processing, so I'll probably abort soon.

Still, on the bright side, I was handling the weight even with not the best form. Just one of those days I guess.

There you go 2 weeks in and I'll be nosing up near PR zone next week. Excellent. Hopefully, the form problems today were just a one off. Maybe it's a good thing youtube is not working today!

Hmmm... I think you and I are equally insane. More to the point, the snatches were warmups, the power cleans were some work, but if you think the deadlifts were anything to frighten you, you are mistaken. I wil pull 400 lbs one day, but not today.

I will challenge you, one day.

Difficult to assess the Power Cleans for me, I don't have a great deal of experience there, if anything I would say the whole thing needs to be faster and your elbows need to whip forward to catch the bar more comfortably.

The Deadlifts looked very good and very easy for you!

The Push Presses looked solid to me as well! So good job!
