My vote goes for aggressive. You are certain to hit speed bumps along the way, or even possibly a gradual slowing. I would stay aggressive until the body signals you that slowing might be better.

NOTES
Good start to the new cycle. I was looking forward to hitting the gym this morning.

Seated OHP - This is my roughest lift. I had to gut out the 6 I got on the last set, but then I guess that is the point.
Arnolds - Shoulders were tired after these.
Chins - Only comment is, I have never done this many before. What amazed me was the last set was the strongest and cleanest of the 4's.
Skulls to CGBP - Fries the triceps quickly. If you have never tried this. Start with a close grip skull crusher, when you return to the top, drop the bar to your chest and then press it back up then repeat. First few you think, " Oh this is easy," don't be fooled.

I'm kinda in a catch-22, the TOS means I have little bloodflow with arms above the head, so it makes power output of any sort complicated; and I'm not sure they are wise, given the medical condition, so I have opted to leave them aside...having read more about how the condition can deteriorate and cause major issues. I'm still lifting heavy which is contra-indicated, but a few modifications and exceptions may mean a longer lifting life for me.

I tried a pull-up some time back but nothing, could have been a blessing in disguise.

I was not aware of the medical condition. Do what you have to do, but take care of yourself along the way.
