def interested in this log. I've been really confused on what to run for my diet. The one I had the most success with was Lyle Mcdonalds Rapid Fat Loss but I'm looking for more of a lifestyle diet than a crash diet

I have my wife cycle between Paleo and normal eating days. That gives her some sanity each week.

Warrior kind of does the same thing indirectly...high carb days and high protein days.

You could try the every other day approach. Paleo one day, moderate carbs the next.

October 20th, 2011

Very hard tonight. Celebrating kid's good grade by allowing them to get ice cream. I got chorizo sausage instead. Nearly crumbled and went for the caramel waffle cone ice cream.

Underfeeding - 8 am until 5:30 pm

5 scoops of whey in about 90 ounces of water/coffee.

Night Eating - 5:30 pm until 9pm

5:00 pm - 3 bratwurst sausage patties covered in pepper jack cheese.

6:45 pm - 8 small spicy beef sticks.

The eye of a tiger, always has his mind on the goal at hand, and is stronger than what they body "thinks" it wants.

Who is in control, BTB? The external sources that trigger certain responses within your body that are contradictory to your personal goal, or your mind that KNOWS the difference?

You have to learn to MASTER yourself, to become the MASTER of Weight Loss or Weight Gain for YOURSELF.

Yep, and today you were the master preventing disaster.

The BEAST in the head, must be stronger than the BEAST within.

Rock on, BTB.

Support for the brother: (by chillen)

A person never lacks support and its always personally available. Defeating the mental beasts in which prevents its functional use is the complication.

It's psychologically and biologically within; one has to be consciously aware of it; know how to properly process and utilize it.

One needs a big strong hand to reach in grab the soul to express these infinite riches, and the precious gifts received can never be accessed by anyone. You become alive and surrounded by an impenetrable shield beating inside yourself.

Strum each finger through your soul, feel with accuracy of what you feel, realize and examine what you perceive. Investigate, and just for once, comprehend the master. You can't be defeated, not even by yourself.

The greatest artwork ever created is brushing and painting the power of the soul. It is the greatest personal friendship within your body you will ever possess.

The music created will open the gate of the power kingdom. Your vision becomes clear through this one-way window and nourishes your being as you open the window and view the pictures of life, and realize you have a resolved and impenetrable soul as you receive the lessons of living life.

And, this is BTB, as he walks the dieting down path to a winner.

Maybe moderate carbs on lifting days and paleo on cardio/off days. I could go paleo with ease execpt I would miss these pancakes way to much. I might go strict paleo but with that pre-workout and milk.

EFS Classic: Pancakes Pack on Pounds of Muscle

Also bratwurst and pepperjack cheese sounds tentimes better then ice cream right now.

You always crave the things you aren't eating. I never crave sweets, but since doing some low carb dieting I've had serious cravings. For the last two days I've had strong on and off cravings for Boston cream donuts.
