Either or. I like the manly connotation of "Warrior" though. "Paleo" sounds like it would fit with dinosaur training.
I can search it myself though. I just thought you had some basic rules of thumb handy. Just me being lazy. Unemployment can do that to ya.

October 19th, 2011
Lost a ton of water last night. This is a good thing. Had a carb reload on Monday and flushed all the extra water out quickly. Very thirsty today. Had an energetic workout despite feeling hungry. Underfeeding - 8 am until 5:30 pm 5 scoops of whey in about 90 ounces of water/coffee. Night Eating - 5:30 pm until 9pm 5:00 pm - A boat load of buffalo wings. 7:00 pm - 4 small slivers of pepper jack cheese.
