Lack of sleep and stress kills gains for sure. I know that feel when lacking sleep. Rest, relax, or try to anyway.

Not very often but from time to time I lose sleep due to school load. this is one of those weeks.
also, it seems like a lot more people are reading this log now. I'll be trying to describe what i'm feeling like on each lift a bit more and do a better job of recording things like warm-ups to allow better understanding of how things are going. thanks for reading guys. |

Rob-yes it is 15/3/2013 Squat 135x5 225x2 315x1-easy, but still not quite as strong from the bottom as i'd like, though the right muscles are working again. Bench press 225x2x4 add slingshot 275x2x3 Deadlift 135x2 225x2 315x1 405x1-easy, bit slow 345x5x2-very easy form held very well Leg raise x10x3 curl 30x20 Very solid 80%er |
