Squat-Low bar, Knees out, Paused 225x2x4 Bench press 230x3x3 240x2x3 CGBP w band 165x1 185x1 220xF-couple more weeks or on a better day, pressing felt heavy today. Deadlift 405x1 335x5 Note-must have put something out of place on third rep of 415 monday. Some pain only at lockout. Will be rolling/stretching ect till friday. Hopefully we'll be ready to do what needs to be done. Pendlay row 205x5x3 Hammer curl 50x10 BW-223 |
