Robmori-indeed, I absolutely hate not training.

BTB-My GM stance is slightly wider than my DL stance, ~2-3 inches wider at most. I find it hits the hamstrings well and is closer to the feel of the DL, since my squat seems to take care of itself as long as I hit it 3x/week.

BTB-thanks, I'm really just too impatient to wait to pull only once a week, so I come in and pull a single and some reps on monday and wednesday. This seems to be helping. My foot is nearly better so i'll be back at box jumps soon, and 500 shall be mine soon enough
