I'm thinking 425-455 in December, but it depends, I really want my deadlift to be at least 50lbs higher all the time.

Congrats. That 405 was easily good. With how much you guys squat I would expect your deadlift to keep creeping up.

Now that is a huge jump. Great groove on the form. Don't see many guys with a solid groove like that. Keep at it.
I have no doubt you will be well into the mid-5's next year.

I re-ran the post cache and any videos with "&feature" didn't auto-embed. It's a bug.
I'll fix it. The problem is Youtube. They have multiple URls for each video making it hard for proprietary apps and software to handle them correctly.
