Squats feel smooth again today? I know I mentioned this last time but they look more powerful and fluid.

yes, this small technique change will factor into my plan.
thinking starting this week 225 for 6 sets of 2, increasing by 5lbs per week on monday, and wed/friday do just 225 for 6 sets of 2, this should solidify the new technique, and increase my strength using the motor pattern. looking at changing whenever this stalls.

215kgxfail -ok so I'm going to run the program once more with a starting max of 465. after the first miss 210xfail I nearly never succeed, but the 215 attempt felt as though 210 would have went.
