it was the weight and reps that are supposed to give me a projected 1RM higher than my pr of 285. I felt like 255, and 3 reps put me at 280, 4 reps equals an estimated 290, so I figured I'd hit that. just wanted a PR or 2 before I start the new cycle Monday
