Welcome back Mav, and your plans are in achieving these goals? The only supps you need are manipulating diet (calories, macro-nutrients, micro-nutrients) and the types of exercise according to your goal want. I may add in, Protein powder, FIBER (especially dieting down), and fish oil.

lift hard, run and eat right
as for macros i will record this week what i get in on average then scale up or down as needed |

Yes, boss, I need to get that rolling. Its the double posting that gets me, with what I do at home, and then having to repost it. If it will benefit someone on your forum, I will restart it and post more regularly. I train 3 to 4 times per week, and still rock things out, just log it at home. I sincerely appreciate you asking it about it, thank you.

What specifically are you doing in training? HOw do you have you calories set up? How much BF are you wanting to drop? What is your starting point at the moment?
Glad to see ya back, bro. We are all in this together as a team. i wanna drop about 15 lbs of BF cals in is at 2100 per day protein 80g way to low carbs: 200g fat: 60g training i am doing the program btb reccomended |
