![]() Figured I'd start a new log here as my emphasis has moved back to Powerlifting. My training has gone back to a 4 way split after some 3 years doing Full Body Routines. I'm all healed up, motivated and I'm hoping this year, almost 6 years after my last Meet, I'll be back in full flow competing again. Goals - Equipped 1 Ply Squat - 280kg Bench Press - 220kg Deadlift - 280kg Category - 90kg Open Sunday 2nd October Sets every minute Speed Bench /w Slingshot - 110kg + Blue's 8 x 3 Relaxed timing CGBP /w Slingshot - 140kg x 8, 8, 8 Standing Press - 60kg x 5, 5, 5 DB. Bench Press - 40kg's x 10, 10, 10 Hammer Curl - 15kg's x 10, 10, 10 Standing Abs - 45kg x 10, 10, 10 Solid session, pushed up a higher weight on the CGBP and DB Benches. Yarrr! Was training in my with my cousin as I was up near Manc visiting the in-laws. Good session.
Yep, definitely equipped now. I can't do much raw without getting injured, so it's either equipped or quit. Only one option there. Thanks! Lower body stuff later today!
