I know haven't been updating my log..but thats ok.
Coming up on our christmas vacation and will be traveling. Me and my training partners decided to see where we were at strength wise, so today we maxed out on bench press. I was very pleased to see where I am at. I was able to press 325 for 1 solid rep and my bodyweight is 176. This is the most I have ever done at this bodyweight. My other training partners got 335 x 1, 275 x 1. These two guys were stoked because this is the most weight any of them have ever put up on the bar. Then lastly, one of the females that is in our lifting group through up 145 x 1 and she couldn't believe it! Overall, looked like my training over the past several weeks have been a success.

Today's Happenings: Max Squat
It's been a long time since Ive maxed out on squatting, but today was another successful day. I have never really been good at squatting, mainly because of mobility and tight tight ass hips which is something Ive been working on. Again, Happy with the numbers and the most I've ever put on the bar. DMAIPA: 415 x 1 Partner A (Male) 420 x 1 Partner B (Female) 235 x 1 Partner C (Female) 185 x 1 All weights that none of us have never done before. Everyone was please with what we accomplished during these several weeks.

Thanks everyone! I ended up maxing out on Deadlift. by the way i hate deads! but you gotta do em. I maxed out at 395 no straps, not too happy with the numbers but its pretty close to my squat, so whatevers.
Also, wanted to find my max for standing shoulder press. 195 x 1. Also happy with that being my weight is at 175-180lb. My training over the christmas break will be whenever i can get it in since I'll be travelling. But will most likely going back to some sort of west side template.
