70 minutes racquetball- Intense! Bench 45x5 95x5 135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 x 4 sets 315x1 x 2 sets Paused db floor press 70x15 PR 95x9 PR! 100x7 PR!!! Pullups Set of 12 Set of 8 Strive tricep ext (dropsets) 70x5 + 45x10 70x3 + 45x10 70x8 + 45x10 Squats-100% raw 45x5 135x3 185x3 225x3 245x3 Paused Bench felt heavy, but i'm chalking that up to 6 hours of paddling in a canoe on saturday... i say this since my flat bench was heavy but my floor pressing was killer! Guess i dont use a lot of lats in db work, but do with regular bench. I think i'm going to deload my bench til next week and focus on lower the rest of the week....
