Paused Bench felt heavy, but i'm chalking that up to 6 hours of paddling in a canoe on saturday... i say this since my flat bench was heavy but my floor pressing was killer! Guess i dont use a lot of lats in db work, but do with regular bench. I think i'm going to deload my bench til next week and focus on lower the rest of the week....
