Sled pulls 90 lb for 300 yd total. All forward. Gasping for air. Lol. The rope I had my weights tied on with came off, so I just pulled the 2 45s around for the last little bit. 80 min racquetball. Intense!!! Cant be any closer. Played 5 games. Won 2, lost 2, the lost the tie breaker 14-15 Did some light stuff in the weight room... Bench 45x5x3 sets 95x5 115x5 125x5x3sets 135x35 rep PR. Lol. Shoulder press 45x10 95x10 Pullups Set of 10 2 sets of 6 Curls 65x10 hammer shrugs !80x20x2sets Thats all folks... |
