Lol. Sets have been feeling easier and easier each week even though the weight is going up. I've brutalized the 2 board more in the past month than i have my whole lifting career.

God is great! Life is good. And smashing weights is the greatest hobby out there
Did the VOR end up coming in???? Also smashing weights is not a hobby , it's a way of life!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Added hardcore- a million sizes too big. Lol. Got nothing out of it.
375x1
Ditched the hardcore and put on the t-rex. First time working deadlifts suited.
Couldnt get to the bar, so worked block pulls. (Pulling off 45 lb bumper plates)
425x1 moved slow, didnt feel right. Dropped it back down and really focused on pulling myself into a good pulling position.
325x1 flew up.
375x1 same.
425x1 moved easy.
500x1 (25 lb PR!) good pull. Had a little hitch at the top when it hit the suit leg. Have to work on smoothing this out.

Zerchers-bottoms up- standing on a 45 lb plate-using axle bar- beltless.
70x3
160x1
250x5 rep pr! (+25 lb)

V handle pulldowns
10th pin x 12
15th pin x 3
5th pin x 20 - facepull

V handle seated cable rowes

Pretty brutal workout. This was my first real suited deadlift session. I have a lot to learn but i see good things happening in the near future

Hey X - MASSIVE benching there buddy - was that shirted?
Shirted or not, it looks to me like you've got some incredible power there. I'm wondering though if you're not jumping into the gear for deads etc a bit too early?

155 kgs bench press for those reps tells me you're a monster. I'm not expert, but it seems to me you'd be capable of doing 275 lbs through to 400+ RAW.

Stop me if I'm missing something - I've just jumped in here.

Thanks for stopping in abaddon. All my bench work has been raw lately. I have a rage x single ply but i have yet to figure that beast out. Its collecting dust at the moment.

I can pull 400+ raw, but the main focus of today was to practice pulling in gear. No need to waste strength pulling big raw and tiring myself out. This was my first serious geared pulling session, so i accomplished my goal and set a nice pr doing it.
