Alright... time for an update...
Hurt my shoulder doing BTN Push Presses. Got 205x2 (pr) and went for a third. Lost my balance and the weight shifted around a lot midway up. Lots of snap crackle pop sounds... felt pretty rough. I iced it, used a bunch of sub zero gel, and took ibuprofen for a couple days. Its probably 80% now. I've done light rehab stuff with it the past couple days and its getting better each day. I feel like it'll be back to 100% or close to it by monday. So i bsically deloaded all this week. On another note, i got my olympic weightlifting shoes. Went with the nike romaleos 2. They're pretty sweet! I need to get used to them though. I tried squatting with a close stance and i coukd easily bury weight, but i was GMing too much out ghe hole. Widened out my stance a little and tried again yesterday, and everything felt pretty solid. I know how to use these bad boys now ![]() We'll see what happens monday... |

Sorry to here about the shoulder. Take care of it man. If it hurts, don't lift. I had shoulder problems so I started doing rotator work and rev pec deck for my rear delts and it made a huge difference.

I do a ton of rotator work. I think thats the only reason i didnt completely destroy them, as it could have been real bad. They're feeling about 90% now, so i feel like i'll be back at it hard on monday...

You know, its like call of duty. I suck at it, but even so it'll still give me some kind of lame accomplishment at the end of the round like most assists or most bullets taken without dying. Lol. I let him have the geared bench so he'll feel special
