Thanks man. You have trouble getting into position to press? I used POR grip. Its a tough movement for me, but that just means it'll make me stronger

Good stuff! Bench setup is funky due to my twisted hips, but i'm doing the best i can... a little wopsided and twisted, but the weight is still moving, so i'll keep the hammer down. I'll be increasing the soft tissue work big time to try and help straighten myself out. I forsee lots of torture with the lacross ball in my near future.

Now time for the post workout feeding!
