Thanks man. You have trouble getting into position to press? I used POR grip. Its a tough movement for me, but that just means it'll make me stronger

Squats 45x5 135x3 225x3 275x3 Added belt and wraps 315x3 345x3 365x3 PR! Deads 135x5 225x3 315x1 365x1 405x1 455x1 485 fail. Defecit deads- standing on a 45 bumper plate (3" or so) 315x3 315x5 x 2 sets Light band abductions 3 sets of 10 Squats felt strong. Deads felt like crap... but i know what i need to work on. Will be hammering defecits and glute wotk til the meet... |

Paused bench 45x5 95x5 135x5 185x5 225x5 280x5 x 2 sets. PR! 1 board 315x3 340x1+1. Funky setup... 340x3 PR! 2 board 355x3 370x3 Floor Press Rack Lockouts 225x3 315x3 365x3 415x3 435x3 PR! 450x3 PR! Band pullaparts drop sets Light band x 12, drop to mini band x 12... 2 rounds. Lat Pulldowns- neutral grip Pin8 x 20 Pin12 x 10 Rope extensions- 100 rep set. Rest paused. 50x20, 25x30, 15x50. Good stuff! Bench setup is funky due to my twisted hips, but i'm doing the best i can... a little wopsided and twisted, but the weight is still moving, so i'll keep the hammer down. I'll be increasing the soft tissue work big time to try and help straighten myself out. I forsee lots of torture with the lacross ball in my near future. Now time for the post workout feeding! |
