Its only rocking because its on unlevel ground... it doesnt move at all on the concrete... i had to set it up there because that was the only place i could get my phone setup to film, so i just went with it. Lol.

Didnt realize the aftermath of 10 sets of 5 on peldlays until i just foam rolled to loosen up for squats... mid back= destroyed. Lol.
