Squats 45x5 135x3 225x3 x 2 sets Worked on some "visualization" techniques... imagined that every weight was 455. I unracked 135 so hard that it left my back and i had to catch it and reset. Lol. Thats also the fastest i've ever squatted 225. Good stuff! Static holds. Grip work. 225x38 sec 275x18 sec 315 x couple pick ups. no real holds. Panz... Brutality at its finest... Squats 45x5 135x3 225x2 315x2 Added belt 335x2 x 3 sets. Smoke show! Bench 45x10 95x5 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x1 315x1 Added 2 board 335x3 365x3 x 4 sets. Progressed to better and better form as i got back aclimated to board work... last set was best and i could have smoked a lot more reps... Close Grip Bench- thumbs from smooth. 225x5 x 2 sets Blakely Speed Bench 135x7 x 3 sets Inverted rowes Bw x 10 x 2 sets Mini band pullaparts x 20 Mini band overhead pullaparts x 20 Mini band upright rowes x 20 Strive curl machine- beginning overload. 45x10 x 3 sets Incline bench 95x30 And now i'm eating everything but the kitchen sink... and it better watch out... |
