Worked on some "visualization" techniques... imagined that every weight was 455. I unracked 135 so hard that it left my back and i had to catch it and reset. Lol. Thats also the fastest i've ever squatted 225. Good stuff!

315 x couple pick ups. no real holds. Panz...
