Did a few things in the gym... Squat walkouts 225 315 365 405 x 2 static holds at top not walked out 455 500 Was experimenting with a little lower bar position with these. Felt better on my back. Will see what happpens when i actually squat next week... i felt good enough that i could have worked out, but probably would have relapsed into sickness so i just messed around a little. Also cold pulled 335, and then 185 one handed each side. Benched 135 a couple times. Ready for monday!!! |
