Hammer strength rowe 90x20 180x20 Pullups x 10 One arm barbell bench 45x10 each side 65x10 each side 85x3 each side 95x3 each side Did a million mini band pullaparts and dc shoulder stretches during the workout. Squats Lots of warmups 135x5 225x3 275x1 315x1 x 2 sets 225x1 x 3 sets Deadlift 185x1 415x1 beltless PR!!! Wasnt supposed to deadlift today. Partners were pulling and phil just got stapled by 415, so i jumped in cold and smoked it. It was awesome. He pulled a pr 410 a few minutes later, so it was worth it... Bench 45x5 135x5 185x3 235x1 285x1 335x1 This also was completely unplanned... it just seemed like a good idea ![]() bench start to finish was around 10 min... we put a 45 on the bar then just added quarters every set. I wasnt keeping up with what was on the bar, just jumping in and pressing it. Was hoping the last rep was a pr, but i tied my best tng single. Still pretty sweet though. Did some calf raises and a couple other things i dont remember... Very unusual workout... |
