Mobility work. Slack here today... Leg ext 20x20 Leg curl 40x20 Romanians 45x20 Squats 45x5 x 3 sets 135x5 225x3 315x1 Added belt 365x1 405x1 365x1 x 3 sets Band gm Light band x 10 Strong band x 20. I llike this Barbel curls 95x8 x 2 sets Workout was ok today at best... not my best performance, but i grinded out all my reps. Everything was slow... right knee hurts too. did a good bit to try and loosen up before squats, but it just didnt happen. Did some band gm's to work on driving my back up, felt this lacking today... |

Thanks Josh. I'm glad i at least got the 405. If i had failed on it, I wouldn't be happy... thats my game plan right now is to keep hitting 405 until its butter... then its game time!
