Agile 5 Front Squats 45x5 135x3 205x2 255x1 305x1 PR! Minband work pull aparts x 20. Pull aparts x 50. Curls x 20 Upright rowes x 20 Chest flys x a million. Db hammer curls 20s x 3 sets of 20. Not really satisfied with my front squat today. It was light, but i got pulled forward. Had to really crank my elbows up and it didnt feel the greatest. Flexibility/ form issue... i'll get better... |

Thanks bud. Mini band is recovery/ pump work... it gets the blood flowing and makes my joints happy.

Lots of upper and lower mobility work Squats 45x5 135x5 225x3 315x1 Added belt 365x1 405x1 305x8 Pendlay rowes 135x10 185x3 225x3 245x3 155x8 x 3 sets with 1 second pause at top and bottom Power shrugs from 2" above knees 315x8 405x8 495x8 585x3 Lots of weight moved today! Upper and lower mobility work Squats 45x5 x 2 sets 135x5 225x3 x 2 sets 315x1 Paused bench 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 305x3 x 4 sets 315x1 330x1 PR! Only 5 lb less than my touch and go pr. Smoke show. Had another 10-15 in me easy... One arm db bench 95x7 each side Db side raises 20x10 Dropset 35x5, 25x5, 15x5 Inverted rowes w 50 lb chains 2 sets of 10 1 set of 10 + 10 partials without chains. Axle bar curls x 15 Mini band work 20 reps each of pull aparts, hammer curls, face pulls, flyes. Did a bunch of pullaparts between bench sets too... Awesome workout! Bench is on the rise! 330 paused today was butter. last 3 repper, i held my air the whole set and it made a huge difference... will be working on this...
