First 2 reps of that front squat set looked so smooth I was caught off guard by how much of a grinder the third was. Looking strong on the lift.

Squats 45x5 x 2 sets 135x5 225x3 295x3 Rotator warmups Bench 45x5 135x5 185x3 225x3 paused 275x1 paused 300x3 x 4 sets paused Close Grip- thumb from smooth 245x5 x 2 sets Speed bench 45+ doubled average bands x 7 x 2 sets. Entirely too much tension. Will use light bands next time... Wide grip pullups x 5 Regular pullups x 8 Axle bar curls x 10 Hammer rowe- standing 90x20 180x10 Energy crashed during my workout... too many carbs too close to my workout. I know better :-/ |

Great work in here! The Front Squat video is awesome. You are really smashing some weight on both your front and back squats.
