Squats-beltless 45x5 135x10 225x5 255x3 felt like the bar... Rotator warmups Bench 45x10 135x10 185x5 225x3 275x3 (3 sec pause) 295x3 (3 sec pause) 295x2 (3 sec pause) 275x3 (3 sec pause) 330x1 PR! 335x1 PR!!! (touch and go) One arm db bench 80x12 each side. PR! Hammer strength row 180x20 270x10 Fat v bar tricep pessdowns 50x100 rp. Face pulls 50x100 Killed it today! I was having a hard time with my ego on the long paused bench... i finally had to drop back to finish strong... then hit a couple tng PR singles!!! |
