Squats- med stance-knee sleeves-no belt 45x5 x 2 sets 135x5 225x5 275x2 315x1 330x1 x 3 sets. (Beltless pr!) Pendlay rowes 135x10 185x5 200x3 x 3 sets Shrugs 135x8 225x8 275x8 grip started failing. Weak, i know... 315x8 365x8 415x8 465x8 515x5. Very little rom when it got this heavy, but i was doing something. Only "heavy" set that i actually felt. My traps are strange. Bradford presses Bar x 2 sets of 20 just to pump some blood... Quite satisfied with todays workout. I worried way too much about my singles beltless than i should have.
