Took down a half pound burger with chilli and slaw, a bbq chicken sandwich, and a vitamix shake consisting of a whole apple, whole orange, two huge handfulls of fresh spinach, three frozen strawberries, five baby carrots, two raw eggs, and some blueberries... if that doesnt get me through, then i'm in trouble. Lol.

PM Session Bench Wacked out warmups... 225x3 275x1 275x3 315x1 Added 2 board 355x1 375x3 x 4 sets PR!!! Close grips 225x1 270x5 270x4.75 lol. Elbows were Flaring HARD on close grips... And thats all for today

Forgot to list box jumps yesterday...
Did them as part of my warmup for the am session. Used the aerobic step platform with the purple spacers. Everythings a PR since i've never done them seriously, but thats changing 8 purples + platform x 5 10 purples + platform x 3 12 purples + platform x 1 Dont know how tall the purple spacers are but with 12 of them and the platform, it was about 8" below my hip joint... got to start someehere.. if i had to guess, i'd say it was around 24-28"... Edit* just found out the platform is 4" and the spacers are 2"... so i did 20", 24", 28" jumps... Last edited by Disciple X; 11-11-2011 at 09:56 AM. |

Speed day Squats- medium stance- lowest box- beltless 45x5 135x3 x 2 sets 185x2 x 2 sets 225x2 x 10 sets Speed Pulls- conventional- beltless- hook grip 135x3 225x1 265x1 x 20 sets... yep, 20 sets. Reverse hypers 2plates x 12 x 2 sets. Controlled reps. 7 L-pullups + 3pullups Decline situps w/ 25 lb plate at forehead x 10 reps Some double overhand static holds Db shoulder press 55 x 10 Great workout! Wicked intensity in the gym today!!! |
