Bench 45x5 95x5 135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x1 Added 2 board 340x3 370x3 x 4 sets PR! Close grip bench 225x1 265x5 x 2 sets Close grip floor press (bad exercise choice) 133+chains x 5 225+chains x 5 225+chains x 2 Strive tricep extension- beginning overload 45x10 55x8 These hit me just like a jm press... hard on the lower triceps/ elbows. Magnum rowes 200x20 x 2 sets. Reps got short on the second set Band face pulls x 20 Cable face pulls- wide grip 100x20 Strive shoulder raise machine 100x10 Few hammer curls and reverse curls... Another good workout! Board work was strong. Couple reps got slightly misgrooved, but i power through them all. Shouldnt have wasted my time on the close grip floor presses. They were way too similar to regular close grips. Was trying to go for tricep isolation. The strive machine did the job though. |

Speed day Speed squats- parallel bench- powerpants and belt 135x5 225x3 315x2 x 11 sets Speed pulls- sumo- powerpants and belt 135x1 225x1 315x1 x 10 sets Conventional speed pulls- powerpants- no belt 315x1 x 4 sets Reverse hypers 100x12 150x12 x 2 sets Supersetted with Db Side bends 80x12 x 3 sets each side Hanging leg raises 2 sets of 15 Good speed day! Squats were all a smoke show. Took a few sets on deads before they were as fast as i wanted them, but i got there and smoked the rest... |

Bench- paused 45x5 95x3 185x3 225x3 275x1 320x3 PR!!! 320x2 x 2 sets 320x1 Paused illegal wide floor press 225+chains x 5 275+chains x 1 x 2 sets 225+chains x 5 x 2 sets Magnum rowes Dropset: 250x20, 150x20 Dropset: 275x10, 175x10 Db rowes 100x5 each arm... back was dead. Lol. Db lateral raises 30x10 x 2 sets Face pulls 100x20 x 2 sets Awesome workout! Feeling kind of beat, but i did work anyway... Really happy that i'm moving well into the 3's with my bench! On floor presses, the goal is 2 sets of 5. I've been messing with 275+chains hoping that i could work into 2 sets of 5 with it, but it just aint happening. Dropping the weight back around 240+chains next week and working it like i'm supposed to. |
