Speed day lower body Powerpants and belt worn throughout Box squats 135x2 225x2 295x2 x 10 sets Speed pulls- sumo 295x1 x 10 sets Conventional deadlifts 295x10 295x20 probably the dumbest thing i've done in a while... i feel horrible. Almost hurled and i'm still dizzy. Had a little trouble getting in the groove on squats to begin with...i washed my briefs and they were TIGHT at first, but they loosened up after a set or two. Also got a little carried away on speed squats and was going too fast between reps, got a little off balance on two sets and actually had my feet leave the floor on one set, like when people stomp their feet on a powerclean... was kind of wild. But i got it dialed in and smoked the rest of my sets. Speed pulls were all a smoke show. Very happy with them. Dont know what i was thinking with the conventional 20 repper??? |

Maybe i'm just a panzy, but i didnt find it fun the first time. Lol. But there is something satisfying about smoking a 20 repper, even when you feel like death is upon you...
I dont even know why i do them g... they're never scheduled in my routine. I just get the urge on occasion to see if i can power throuh 20 reps... |
