My setup is quite satisfying.
I'm doing high fat and protein, low carb on non training days, and High carbs and protein on training days. Eating anything i feel like on sunday. Its working great. I'm a couple lb down already and strength is doing well so far. Bout to see how squats go

Squats- beltless 45x10,5 135x5,5 225x5 275x5 320x3 Front squats 135x5 185x5 225x5,3 Glute ham raises Against mini x 10,10,10 Ab wheel 45x5 Lat pulldowns 100x15 Meh. workout was ok at best. Weight cut is starting to affect my sessions. I really need to quit trying to lift PRs every session while cutting and just go in and do work. No training today... worked til almost 8 then cooked up some pretty good teryaki steak and broccoli... i will pick back up tomorrow.
