really impressed by those bench numbers, dude. looks like you did a lot of work in that workout. do you work quickly or space out your sets?

I'm slow. Lol. I take my time between sets on main movements.

I dont waste time between exercises if its different enough that it doesnt hurt my next set. Like shrugs and curls. Or pec deck and rowes. I actually superset most of my accy work if i can.

I know exactly what you're talking about with the low back because they used to bother mine years ago. Dont know why it doesnt anymore? I prefer weight on the chest actually. I did a 25 lb plate on my chest last time i did them. It was more comfortable/ natural feeling. Its really not my favorote ab exercise though, because my hip flexors get hit hard. They burn more than my abs do...

My favorite ab exercise, by far, is weighted ab wheel rollouts. Then leg raises. I really like those. I may try weighted leg raises next deadlift day instead of weighted situps
