still feelin rough, but i put in some work anywy.

Sumo Rack Pulls. Stading on 45 lb bumper plates. Beltless. Hook grip- this setup lacks maybe 3-4 inches from being full range...
135x10,5,5
225x5
315x5
365x3
Added straps
405x5
455x5 PR!

Defecit round back deads- 50 lb chains- standing on 25 lb bumper
135 + chains x 10
185 + chains x 5
235 + chains x 5

Few pulldown etc.


Med ball slams for conditioning.

Pretty solid overall...

I'm thinking so. I've basically been working down the rack each week. I'm trying to ingrain the movement pattern I'm looking for, and i hit it pretty well out of the rack, so if i can make it to the floor eventually with the technique i'm using, I 'll be on the right track...
