Box squats 45x10,10 High box 135x5 225x,5 275x3 315x3 365x3 410x1 Medium box 315x3 Low box 225x3 275x3 315x5 365x2 First session in a long time that i havent hit some kind of pr... taking some time this weekend to think about some adjustments to my setup. Bench is going amazing, but my lower days are suffering from the extreme upper sessions... might program some cube theory into my training to let my lower days get more equal focus... |

Paused bench 45x5,5 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 325x2 3 board- comp 365x5 410x4 PR! 2 board- comp 385x3 1 board- comp 345x3 PR! Paused db floor press 70x12. Shut these down, right pec feels strained... Mini band tricep pressdowns x 30 Hammer strength shrugs 315x50 I feel a mean deload coming on! Lol. My right pec is feeling stressed, so i dont want to push it... probably take thurdsay off from benching and all next week to give it a little time. Plus i could use the recovery |

Thanks. Its tough running metal militia bench and doing 2 lower days every week, but i'm doing my best. Something's probably going to have to give soon though..
