Yes, i bombed it twice... 2 board 315x3 365x4 375x3 1 board 315x3 340x3 PR! 355x2 PR!! Paused db floor press 70x10 105x5,4 Tricep rope pushdowna 50x50 Hammer strength shrugs 315x20 405x20 495x20 Alt db curls 50x7 each arm Brutal workout. I bombed out a lot of stuff today but oh well. Got go fail sometime or you're not pushing hard enough ![]() Right pec feels tight and maybe a little strained. Might have to keep an eye on it. Will see in the morning... |

Paused bench- POR grip 45x10 95x5 135x5 185x5 225x5 275x5 300x3 PR! 305x2 (missed 3rd) 330x1 PR! Barbell rowes 155x5,5,5,5 between bench sets Bench with Mad dog slingshot- comp grip 365x5 385x4 PR! 405x3 PR! 425x1 PR! Easy, should have doubled it. Video coming of this set. Close grip- thumbs from smooth 225x5 250x5 Rack lockouts- por 225x5 315x5 405x2 405x3 Rope pressdowns 60x50 Solid session! Still need to get my back stronger. Its definately holding me back. Flaring out the hole is whats keeping bigger weight from moving. |
