Might have to be a bodybulider leg press and machine work type of day... lol. No worries, i'll just destroy the machines if it comes down to it

Not sure if i played it smart or panzied out, but i didnt lift heavy tonight... Did a ton of stuff with the mini band and helped with board work. I would say i'm running at 85-90% right now. The question is to squat heavy tomorrow or sub in leg presses this week? I definately want to put in work, and theres no reason i cant hit the leg press hard. I'll probably start working up on squats tomorrow and just see how it treats me. If it hurts i'll shut them down and just put in hard work on the machines... And maybe i'll hit a set of 50 just for BTB. Lol |

Squats 45x10,10 High box 135x5 225x5 275x3 315x3 370x3 PR 405x3 PR! 425x1 Medium box 315x3,3 Low box 135x5,5 185x3 205x3 225x3 275x3 325x3 PR! 350x2 Weird session. Discovered more about what makes me have really good or really bad squats. Its the "chest out" command, and that ties directly into how i hold my air. Started the session just trying to focus on where i was holding my air, since it made such a huge difference last squat session and squats felt terrible. Lol. Everything was heavy! Then i had to troubleshoot for a bit and figure what was going on. Started getting my chest high before unracking the bar and things started improving. Had to drop weight and work back up on the low box, but it turned out ok. Hopefully next session will be better. |
