Yeah, conventional. I'm normally stronger conventional, but i resort to bad form when it gets real heavy. I figure sumos will work more of what i want to build up which is hamstring, hips, and glutes... so far, i think i'm tracking right... but i bet i could have belted up and pulled something nasty conventional

So, tuesday i'll squat heavy, then friday i'll do reps/ speed work for deads. Thats the plan right now anyway.

What you think?

I'm probably going to use some of the old stuff next week for deads. Light pulls then pendlays and power shrugs...

Good week in the gym... most of my body us sore this morning...chest, back, abs, arms, traps... hasnt really set in for lower body yet. I expect that to happen as the day goes on

Haha. Not all in one set... but 50 total reps. Its tough for me to get through them, but i'd bet my back gets a lot stronger for it...
