Thanks btb! Felt good to pull heavy! Will be pulling heavy every other week for now...

Good week in the gym... most of my body us sore this morning...chest, back, abs, arms, traps... hasnt really set in for lower body yet. I expect that to happen as the day goes on

Yeah, conventional. I'm normally stronger conventional, but i resort to bad form when it gets real heavy. I figure sumos will work more of what i want to build up which is hamstring, hips, and glutes... so far, i think i'm tracking right... but i bet i could have belted up and pulled something nasty conventional So, tuesday i'll squat heavy, then friday i'll do reps/ speed work for deads.
