Starting a new cycle of benching tonight with paused bench as my main exercise instead of touch and go bench. Expecting to see off the chest numbers drop a good 20-30 lb then get really strong. (For me) Also switching my board work to comp grip instead of POR grip. Time to move some weight! |

Got an adjustment and laid on the traction table for a while. Followed up with a couple rounds in the sauna. Body weight after all the holliday fatty feasting is 197... |
