Deload bench- kinda. Lol Bench- POR grip 45x10,10 95x5 135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 305x3 PR! 325x1 PR! Butt-ugly rep... Bench with mad dog slingshot- comp grip 315x14 PR! Few other things but mostly spotted the rest of the crew after this. Wasnt sure if i wanted to deload today going in. Still not sure if i deloaded or not. Lol. Didnt hit a full session, but still hit PRs. What do you call that? |

Spent some time this morning looking back through my training logs. Found some exercises that i want to incorporate back into my training. Mostly seated ssb good mornings on lower day as well as zerchers. Both of these seemed to help me a lot. Also axle bar work. I used to do axle bar cleans, rowes, etc and really liked them. I may do some of those later today since its back day..

Yep. It was one of those where i was trying to find power where ever i could. Crooked, lop sided, flared out, and it took forever. Lol.
But the thing is, i'll probably come back in the next week or two and hit a nice 330

Light squats Light defecit deads 135+chains x 5,5,5 Pullups 50 reps total Ez bar skull crushers Bar + 50 in chains x 10 20+chains x 10 30+chains x 10 40+chains x 10 50+chains x 10 60+chains x 10 70+chains x 10 90+chains bomb. Lol. Magnum pulldown 150x20 175x15,10 Tricep pushdowns- ez bar attachment 50x50 Hammer strength Shrugs 315x20 405x20 Reverse preacher curls 10x10 30x10 50x8 Done! Was tough to get through this workout. Wasnt that much work but i was shot before i even went in. I cracked open an amonia cap to get through pullups. Lol. 3rd workout in a row, since christmas rearranged my workout days. It really took its toll. No worries though. Back smashing PRs monday! Last edited by Disciple X; 12-29-2012 at 12:15 PM. |

Like them a lot! Not sure i should have done them yesterday though. Maybe should keep tricep work to bench days only. My elbows are tender today... this is an ever learning process.
My favorite thing to use chains with is flat bench. I absloutely love benching against chains. I wish i had about 5 pair that we could load up! |
