Bench 45x10 95x10 135x10 185x10 230x10,8,8,8. Second set was 8+2 unwanted spotter assisted reps. Should have been 9. Incline db bench 70x12 75x9 80x6 Kirk shrugs 135x10 185x10,10 Weighted Dips 23 ilb chains x 12 46 lb chains x 7,7 Neck machine Front 25x12, 35x10 Sides 35x12, 45x10 Rear 45x12, 55x10 Peck deck dropset 120x15 + 60x20 Good work out. Probably rushed through my bench a little more than i'm used to, but still did work. Time to rest and recover |

Damn the unwanted assistance from spotters, I always want to say "you're here to pick it up if I can't, not tickle the bar while I can." Some strong bench none the less man.

Squats 45x10,5 135x10 185x5 Added belt 245x8,6,6,5 Leg Press 180x20 360x10 560x8 540x8,6 Leg curls 90x12 100x10 Leg ext 80x12 90x10 Banded abs 20,20 Weak today. Worked really hard and didnt get enough fluids. But i still got some work done. |

Shoulder Press 45x10,10 100x10,10,10,9 Calf presses 200x20 400x10 Hack squat calf raises 200x10,10 One leg calf presses 200x10 each Side raises 20x12,10,8 Face pulls 100,x20,20,20 Smith machine calf raises 225x10,10,10 3 way shoulder raises 10 lb x 20 front, 20 side, 20 rear- continuous.
