Racuquetball- 1.5-2 hours. Intense!

Squats
45x5 x 3 sets
135x5 x 3 sets
225x5 x 3 sets

Hit the steam room for a couple rounds and weighed in around 192. Lost a good bit of water weight before weigh in, so not sure my real bodyweight at the moment...
